I love the cupcakes here and have been a customer for years! But when I put in an order of 50 cupcakes for my bridal shower I was severely let down. On the day of arrival (one day before the shower) I had selected delivery by 2pm. Once 3pm hit, I called the store where an employee told me to call the manager. I rang the number but they didn’t pick up, I texted but no reply. 4:30 and I ring the store again, the employee says there is nothing they can do. I call the manager, still no pick up. Finally I get a text saying they have finished orders for the day and mine will arrive MONDAY... what am I meant to do with 50 cupcakes on a Monday? I call the manager, still no pick up. Finally they text me, telling me they are done with orders and mine didn’t make the cut for the day. I asked to be called and spoken to but they refused!! Only texted !! They didn’t care at all how this was stressing me out or inconveniencing me. It was a horrible and frustrating experience, at least have the decency and respect to pick up the phone or call your customers, I was so disappointed in the service, and couldn’t believe the lack of empathy.
