A national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask, “Are you ok?” and support those struggling with life.  The day is about inspiring people to start these conversations every day of the year. It takes courage to ask someone sometimes, we think cupcakes will surely help.

Note: All orders will contain equally assorted flavours of Vanilla, Red Velvet and Belgium Chocolate. Please make a special request if you wish to change flavours.
