Delivery Details
- We offer delivery for all cupcake orders, ensuring they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
- Deliveries are made between 7 AM and 3 PM AEST. If you require a specific time frame, please mention it in the notes section at checkout or email us with your order number, and we will coordinate with the logistics company to accommodate your request.
- All orders are hand-delivered by our trusted couriers to maintain quality and freshness.
- Orders can be placed online through our website or by contacting our friendly team in the store.
- Same-day delivery may be available for select orders through delivery platforms like uber eats, doordash, menulog etc.
- For large orders or special requests, we advise placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.
Pick-Up Option
Prefer to collect your cupcakes? You’re welcome to pick up your order from our William Street store location at your convenience. Simply select the pick-up option at checkout.
Corporate & Custom Orders
- We cater to corporate events, parties, and special occasions with customised cupcakes tailored to your needs.
- Branding and logo cupcakes are available for bulk orders. Contact us for more details.

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as our cupcakes are perishable and require careful handling.
- If no one is available, our couriers will follow standard delivery procedures, which may include leaving the order in a safe place or returning it to our store for collection.
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to deliver on time.
