Order Terms and Conditions

Little Cupcakes

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. This applies to orders for pick-up, in-store purchases, or deliveries.

Ordering

All orders must be placed via our website: www.littlecupcakes.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. If needed, we will contact you by email or phone using the details you provided. If we cannot reach you, we may make decisions on your behalf.

While you may attach images or inspiration for your order, please be aware that, as our products are handcrafted, variations may occur due to seasonal availability of certain decorations (e.g., flowers). You acknowledge that your order may differ slightly from the provided image.

It is your responsibility to review and verify your order details, including product specifications, delivery/pick-up times, and dates, before completing the purchase.

For custom cakes, if props or figurines are required, you must provide them to us.

Pick-Ups

You will select a pick-up time during our trading hours when placing your order. Your order must be collected at the designated time. We work to a strict baking schedule, and failure to pick up by the specified time may result in your product being discarded, with no refund.

If you arrive before your scheduled pick-up time, your order may not be ready.

In the event our stores sell out early, we will attempt to contact you for an earlier collection. If we cannot reach you, your order may remain in the shop until the next day.

Delivery

• Same-day deliveries are available from uber eats, Deliveroo and menulog platform.
• Deliveries are made between 7 AM and 2 PM.
• Delivery is free for orders over $35. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee of $10 applies.
• We deliver within a 30 km radius of Melbourne CBD. Please check our website for eligible postcodes.
• Weekend surcharge applies for Saturday/Sunday deliveries.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to contact you by phone or text. The order will be left in a safe location. If you’re in an apartment building, the order will be left at the main door.

Once the delivery has been made, Little Cupcakes is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. Additional charges will apply if an incorrect address is provided. We are not liable for any issues once the product leaves our premises.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
• Prices are as listed on the website at the time of order placement.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering. For pick-ups, you can pay in full prior to or at the time of collection. For delivery, payment is required before the scheduled delivery date.

Amendments & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Any changes must be requested by email at least 7 days prior to your pick-up or delivery date. We may accept or decline amendments within 7 days at our discretion.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the pick-up or delivery date. A refund of the 50% deposit will be issued if cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date will not be refunded.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations from your original design may occur.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, our products contain dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, maize, and nuts. We also offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegan options. We take care to minimize cross-contamination, but due to shared facilities, we cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free.

All Little Cupcakes products are Halal.

By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any allergies or dietary restrictions. Little Cupcakes is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by consuming our products.
