Refund policy

At Little Cupcakes, we pride ourselves on delivering delicious, high-quality products and great service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us with a clear photo of the product at info@littlecupcakes.com.au so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that cupcakes are delicate and must be handled with care. Our team ensures that all products leave our kitchen in perfect condition. Once the order is collected or delivered, the responsibility for the condition of the product transfers to the customer.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund (including delivery charges) for any product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Order Cancellations & Refunds:
- Orders must be cancelled at least 2 business days before the required date to be eligible for a refund.
- For custom orders, including edible logo designs or large event orders, we require 3 business days' notice.
- For same-day orders, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
- If an order is cancelled within the above windows, we're happy to offer a full credit note valid for 12 months.

Refunds may take 1-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
