Why do raspberries and white chocolate work together so well?
We’re not sure – but we decided to combine them in a cupcake anyway.
The vanilla sponge of our Raspberry White Chocolate Cupcake is studded with real raspberries and crowned with white chocolate frosting.
For a touch of extra class, we added a garnish of shaved more white chocolate.
Best enjoyed with beverages like gin or tequila or served as a family-friendly dessert.
