How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed either online, in person at our William Street store, or over the phone on our dedicated customer service line (03)9077 0413. Our customer service hours are 7am to 3pm on weekdays,and 0474779545 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Can I add a greeting message to my order?
Yes, you can! Just tick the Greeting Message at checkout and enter your message in the text box below. A fee of $3.50 will be added, and your message will come printed on a Little Cupcakes greeting card.
Can I add something to my order once it’s been placed?
Yes, you can! We do require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the delivery date so our team can amend this for you. Kindly contact us via email or phone and one of our customer service representatives will help organise this for you.
How do I enter a discount code or a voucher?
Once you have added your items to the cart and clicked "Check out", there will be a discount code section where you can add your unique code.
Can I pick assorted flavours in my assorted packs?
If you add an assorted pack into your cart, you will receive an assortment of our delicious flavours. However, if you would like to customise your order and specify flavours, please mention those flavours in the notes section and we can accommodate your request.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Melbourne suburbs within a 35km radius of the CBD. If your delivery address falls outside this area, feel free to email us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a delivery surcharge?
For locations in Melbourne, we offer free delivery with any order over $35. If your order value is below $35, then a flat delivery fee of $10 will apply. We also offer free click and collect from our William Street store.
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, we do! (except on weekends or when we are at capacity) Orders must be placed via uber easts, Deliveroo platform and you can receive the cupcakes available in the store. For customise cupcakes, we cannot fulfill the same day delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification to the email address provided in your shipping details on the day. This email will include a tracking link so you can keep an eye on delivery.
I have entered the wrong address; how can I update this?
If you have already placed your order and received your order confirmation email, please contact us via email: info@littelcupcakes.com.au with the new address within 24 hours so our team can amend this as soon as possible. Please note that we can’t do address changes on the day of dispatch.
What is no on is at the premises to accept the order or the wrong address is supplied?
Please contact us via email or over the phone as soon as possible to see what we can arrange for you. Please note that drivers are able to leave your order at the delivery address if there is a safe and secure place to do so. Please note that our drivers will not go upstairs, into apartments, into hospital rooms and go up building levels.
Do you offer specific delivery times?
Yes, we do. Our delivery time frame window is 2-3 hours. If you want a specific time or less delivery time frame window, please contact us on info@littlecupcakes.com.au and we can do that for you at an additional cost. On weekdays, your order will arrive within your chosen time slot of 7am-2pm. On weekends, your order will arrive between 8am-1pm. If this will interfere with your plans, we recommend having your order delivered the day prior as our cupcakes can last up to 3 days when stored correctly in a cool space out of the sun until ready to serve.
How can I store my cupcakes?
Once you receive your cupcakes, store them at room temperature (about 20°C). When stored correctly, they can last up to 2-3 days. All our products are best consumed on the day.
How can I store my cake?
Once you receive your cake, please place straight into the fridge. Please bring to room temperature at least 2-3 hours prior to serving.Consume within 3-5 days once served.
How can I store my cookies?
Our cookies have up to 5 days shelf life at room temperature. To extend shelf life, refrigerate or freeze cookies then thaw back to room temperature. For a baked fresh and gooey experience microwave the cookies for just 10-15 seconds!
How can I store my brownies?
Our brownies have up to 5 days shelf life at room temperature. Best to be consumed on the day.
Are your products nut-Free?
Yes, we can accommodate for this! If you write "no nuts" in the note section when placing an order, our team will make sure that we don't place any products that contain nuts in your order. With that said, all our desserts are baked by hand in the same environment, so there may be traces of nuts present in our products. If the recipient is severely allergic, we would recommend against consuming our products.
Do you have Gluten free options?
Yes, we do! We have a range of gluten-free cakes and cupcakes that you can browse by. Please note though that our desserts are made by hand using shared equipment, so there may be traces of gluten present in our products.
Are your products Halal?
Yes, all our cupcakes are halal.

What payment options do you accept?
Payment for an online order can be made via the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Union pay. Our in-store purchases accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & American Express
What is your refund policy?
An order must be cancelled 2 business days before the required date, to be eligible for a refund. For cakes and custom orders (including,edible logo orders) we require 3 business days.

Yes, we do! We currently have a wide range of baked goods with different price points to suit all business needs. Please contact info@littlecupcakes.com.au so we can help you start your journey with us.
What is your minimum for wholesale quantities?
Currently, our minimum for wholesale orders start at $100. We understand that all businesses have different needs and capacities and we're happy to work with you to grow in your early stages working with us.
What is your notice period for wholesale orders?
Our notice period is Monday - Friday 10am each day for next day delivery.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
We sure do! Whether you’re looking for a gift for your clients or staff, a conference, event or guest speaker, Little Cupcakes has a gift for every corporate occasion. We also offer a range of customisation options to feature your logo, branding and colours on our cupcakes and baked goods. I want to send to multiple locations; can this be done?
Yes, we do! Shoot us a quick email regarding Multi orders and our team will send a form for you to fill out and then we'll take it from there.
My order is incorrect.
We're sorry to hear you received the wrong order. Please contact our team via email: info@littlecupcakes.com.au with an image of what was received so we can further investigate and organise something for you.
I am not happy with the products I received.
Please note that any concerns regarding the quality of the baked goods must be addressed within 24 hours of the time you received your product. Please send through a detailed response on the quality of the received goods and an image attached to info@littlecupcakes.com.au so our team can review your order.
