Our Classic Vanilla Cupcakes are one of Melbourne’s favourite baked treats.
But, for some of life’s moments, you need a cupcake with a little more punch.
So we added passionfruit, the palate-perfect complement to vanilla – tart, tangy, with a hint of tropical sweetness.
Made with real North Queensland fruit, each cupcake features a French vanilla sponge and butter cream icing folded through with passionfruit purée.
Serve it on warm summer mornings or sun-drenched afternoons for maximum goodness.
