Thank you for delivering the cake on time in the morning. The carrot cake seemed enjoyable, but even after leaving it out until late afternoon to let it thaw properly and soften, it was still a bit hard and stuck together when we cut it. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy the cake's texture and flavor fully. It also seemed a little tasteless, possibly because it was still quite cold.
