So that’s exactly how we made our Lemon Cupcake.
We paired a French vanilla butter sponge with a crown of lemon butter frosting – enough sweetness to fill you up, and enough zest to cleanse the palate.

It’s the perfect outro for a big-dinner evening (and happens to go great with sweet white wine).

Ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Cream, Butter, Lemon Essence
