With a full-bodied flavour that balances creamy vanilla and classic chocolate, our Oreo Cookies & Cream Cupcake is a family-friendly crowd-pleaser.

Here’s how we made it:

1. We ground up real Oreo cookies and baked them with flour, egg and milk into a deliciously moist sponge.

2. Then we took more Oreos, crushed and blended them with vanilla and butter cream icing, and carefully frosted the sponge.

3. And to finish? A sprinkling of yet more Oreo cookie on top.

Yes, it tastes as good as it sounds.
