Sent a dozen cupcakes to my partner at his work as a surprise for his birthday! He loved it. So did his work colleagues! So much so, one of them ordered for his birthday the very next day! Ordering was easy & communication great. I was kept up to date the whole delivery process. Highly recommend!

I bought cupcakes for my friend for her birthday and sadly the courier delivered them late - however the team here organised another delivery which were delicious for my friend because they cared (even though it wasn't their fault). Thank you for caring about your service and quality.

I ordered birthday cupcakes as a present during lockdown. I specified a delivery time between 12 midday and 4.00 pm on a Saturday, and told the recipient to expect them then. Instead they were delivered at 8.30 am. Although I'm told the cupcakes were quite good, the delivery this early on a weekend almost completely ruined the experience. Why offer a selection of delivery times if you're just going deliver when it suits you? Not impressed.

I ordered the mini cupcakes for my daughters 21st Birthday. I was unable to see her as I live interstate. I loved the tracking so I could see them being delivered. She said they tasted delicious.

Our Nan sent us the cupcakes while we were in lockdown. We loved the icing and the bit on the top that said "Happy Birthday". Cookies and Cream was my favourite flavour.

Checked 4 places and only one able to deliver to an outer Melbourne location . Cupcakes can be frozen for 3 months , shared and easily eaten so a great idea for individuals having their birthdays in lockdown.

The cupcakes tasted good they just were not decorated as advertised.

I ordered the cupcakes to be delivered to my sister on her birthday and given that she never gets deliveries to the house as it is out of the way and difficult to find the delivery driver went above and beyond going off road and walking through the woodland in search of the hidden cottage.
My sister was surprised to say the least to see the delivery man emerge from the bushes but was over the moon when she realised he was bearing birthday cupcakes.
Service was exceptional and the cupcakes delicious!
